RAM Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd (RAM Consultancy) is a wholly owned subsidiary of RAM Holdings Berhad. Established on 31 May 2000, RAM Consultancy has carved a reputation in economic advisory, risk management, strategic business consultancy, debt restructuring and project-advisory services. In 2016, RAM Consultancy has strategically focused its business in the Sustainability Ratings of companies in the areas of Environment, Social and Governance.

Our consulting services are multi-disciplinary in approach and strategic in focus. Our core areas revolve around credit risk management, and strategic business and project advisory. These services leverage on the consulting team’s expertise and resources developed over the years in credit rating and risk analysis, economics research, industry studies, project management and business advisory.

Credit Risk Management

We develop credit risk models/grading systems/scorecards/general risk models for corporate and retail segments that deploy methodologies ranging from expert judgement to advanced statistical and machine learning methods. By leveraging on the RAM Group's resources and analytical abilities and guided by an intimate knowledge of the local operating environment, we are able to offer the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions that meet our clients’ requirements.
